Word Press is a great tool for creating and maintaining websites. You can have AVRA design and manage your new website or have your team trained on how to manage and update it for you.

Why Word Press?

Word Press is a stable website editing platform. There are a variety of ‘themes’ or looks that you can begin with and then customise to suit your needs. Most customising is straight forward but for more complex tasks AVRA provides a designer competence in Word Press coding, PHP and HTML to ensure your website looks exactly as you want.

It is also a great platform to train staff on and access can be limited to each user for example if you have a blog, then someone can be assigned to updating and creating blogs but cannot change anything else on your web site. Your staff will learn it quickly through the tried and tested AVRA Word Press course that we customise to the theme and your website.

How it works

After a design consultation we will recommend some themes to start with and then build your content to suit your business. All search engine optimisation is included and we will show you how to use the Yoast tool to ensure any content you upload yourself meets the best SEO practise and gets your page listed in Google.

If you prefer AVRA to manage your web pages going forward, we will make changes as and when you need them and agree a billing the meets your needs. We can train staff members to update your new website as well and this is an option for all our customers.

As a novice to making a corproate video I reached out to Avra with nothing more than a script. Paul was able to support through the entire process, shooting footage, running an autocue for pieces to camera, editing in stock footage, generation of graphics, overlaying background music, creating & placing subtitles and providing a very polished piece of video that AVRA delivered early. The finished product turned out better than we could have imagined.
